Spicy Asian Cucumbers

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice the cucumber (I used a different technique, watch the video to understand better)

  2. In a clean dry glass jar, add the sugar, soy sauce, chili oil, vinegar and water. Whisk to mix.

  3. Then add the cucumber and chopped onion. Mix it around. Cover and leave aside in the fridge for minimum 30 minutes.

  4. The flavor gets better the next day after resting in the fridge for overnight.
